In the discovery call we explore: * what areas you'd like to work with in your life and with your wellness * how I can assist you - mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually etc * how we vibe - is there a natural trust and connection for you to be able to open up? * options for how to work with me on a regular basis

Cancellation Policy

Re-scheduling is available up until 24 hrs before session starts for regular sessions. The group sessions are not refundable.
